A PLACE TO BEGIN
Vedic Astrology & Sidereal Birth Charts
Explore your birth chart through Vedic astrology, also called Jyotish. Moving Stars includes a dedicated Vedic chart view alongside its Western tropical and Western sidereal options.
What does the Vedic view include?
Explore a North Indian chart diagram, planets in their rashis, Whole Sign houses, and calculated nakshatras and padas. Select a house, sign, or planet to explore its meaning and your personal chart context.
Which sidereal settings are available?
Choose from Lahiri, Fagan–Bradley, Raman, and Krishnamurti ayanamshas. The chosen setting affects the sidereal placements. Western sidereal and Vedic astrology are separate options, because a shared zodiac does not make their interpretive traditions identical.
What birth details do I need?
The Vedic chart requires a known birth time as well as date and birthplace. If you do not know your time, begin with a Western chart using the unknown-time option.
Can I explore this alongside Human Design?
Yes. Your astrology and Human Design tools live in the same app, with distinct chart views. Bring a specific question to Chat or Voice when you want help exploring a detail.
