Clear rules for using Moving Stars and its AI-powered services.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Narrative First governing Moving Stars, including its website, iOS app, AI conversations, chart tools, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Moving Stars, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moving Stars. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use Moving Stars if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your password and access tokens, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from a security failure by Narrative First.

Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide automated access to it. We may require email verification or other reasonable steps to protect the account.

Moving Stars provides astrology, Human Design, reflective journaling, memory, search, and generative-AI experiences. Features may change as we improve the service, and some features may be labeled beta, preview, or experimental.

Moving Stars is for personal reflection, self-exploration, information, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship-safety, or other licensed advice. It does not diagnose conditions, predict events with certainty, or determine another person’s thoughts, intentions, fidelity, identity, health, or future conduct.

AI-generated responses and astrological interpretations can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive. They are generated probabilistically and may state incorrect information confidently. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and should independently verify information before acting on it.

Do not rely on Moving Stars for emergencies, crisis support, or decisions that could materially affect health, safety, legal rights, finances, housing, employment, or another person. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

You may provide feedback about an output. Feedback does not guarantee that an output will be changed, removed, or prevented from recurring.

Paid plans, included features, usage limits, billing periods, trial terms, prices, and taxes are shown before purchase. Unless the checkout screen says otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period until canceled. Prices may change for a future renewal after any notice required by law or the applicable store.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded under Apple’s rules and must be managed through your Apple account. Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe and can be managed through the Moving Stars billing portal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your Moving Stars account is intended to cancel an active web subscription, but you must separately cancel an App Store subscription through Apple.

Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation generally stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period unless the purchase channel states otherwise. Except where required by law or allowed by Apple, Stripe, or the checkout terms, charges are non-refundable. We do not promise that every feature will always be available on every plan or platform.

You keep any rights you have in prompts, files, chart information, saved passages, feedback, and other content you submit. You give Narrative First a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create technical derivatives of that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Moving Stars, comply with law, and follow your instructions. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, and security retention.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. Birth information, messages, images, and relationship details about another person can be private or sensitive; do not submit them without permission or use Moving Stars to monitor, profile, harass, impersonate, or make consequential decisions about another person.

Because AI output may resemble existing material or output provided to other users, we do not promise that generated output is unique or that it qualifies for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it commercially.

You may not use Moving Stars to violate law or another person’s rights; exploit, abuse, threaten, defraud, stalk, or harass anyone; generate or distribute sexual content involving minors; facilitate self-harm, violence, malware, credential theft, or illegal activity; upload content you do not have permission to use; probe or bypass security or usage limits; scrape or copy the service at scale; reverse engineer non-public portions of the service; interfere with other users; or use automated means to access Moving Stars without written permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Narrative First, providers, or the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using Moving Stars and delete your account at any time.

Moving Stars, including its software, interface, brand, curated text, graphics, and other materials supplied by Narrative First, is owned by Narrative First or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative services from Moving Stars except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Moving Stars uses third-party services such as AI, astrology calculation, payment, hosting, email, support, and monitoring providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may experience outages or make changes outside our control. Links to third-party sites do not mean Narrative First endorses or controls them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moving Stars is provided “as is” and “as available.” Narrative First disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any output will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narrative First and its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to Moving Stars.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Narrative First for all claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Narrative First for Moving Stars during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Narrative First harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Moving Stars, your content, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by Narrative First’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

We may add, remove, or change features and may suspend portions of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. If we discontinue a paid service, we will honor applicable consumer rights and provide any notice or remedy required by law or the purchase channel.

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date, and we will provide additional notice or request consent when required. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Moving Stars.

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Narrative First may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about Moving Stars, except for purchase terms shown at checkout.

Applicable law may give you rights in your home jurisdiction regardless of these Terms. Questions, complaints, or legal notices may be sent to Narrative First at support@movingstars.app or through the support channel in Moving Stars.
