How Moving Stars handles your information and AI-powered experiences.

Account information: your name, email address, password, account preferences, and verification status.

Launch-list information: if you ask to be among the first to hear about the Moving Stars launch, we collect your email address and the time you joined the list. Joining the launch list does not create an account.

Astrology and personalization information: birth date, birth time, birth location, coordinates and time zone derived from that location, saved natal charts, Human Design information, relationship labels, preferred modalities, and personalization choices. Birth information can be sensitive and may reveal information about you or another person. Only provide another person’s information when you have permission to do so.

Content: questions and prompts, AI conversations and responses, saved passages or memories, feedback, support messages, and files or images you choose to upload. If you use voice input, your audio is sent for transcription and the resulting text may become part of your conversation.

Purchase information: subscription tier, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, renewal or expiration information, and limited billing details received from Apple or Stripe. Narrative First does not receive your full payment-card number from those payment processors.

When you use Moving Stars, we receive technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, timestamps, pages or features used, request and error logs, and approximate location inferred from IP address. We use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in, remember settings, secure the service, and understand reliability.

We may use support and application-monitoring services to diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and respond to customer requests. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use information to send launch updates you requested; create and secure your account; calculate and save charts; personalize readings and conversations; provide AI-generated text, images, search, audio, and memory features you request; process and restore purchases; provide customer support; monitor performance; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; and improve Moving Stars.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and product planning. We do not use your private content to build advertising profiles. Narrative First does not use customer prompts, conversations, birth information, or uploaded files to train its own general-purpose AI model.

Moving Stars relies on vendors that process information for us. Depending on the feature you use, information may be sent to OpenAI for AI responses, transcription, image generation, file processing, or search; astrology and Human Design calculation providers for chart data; Apple or Stripe for purchases and subscription management; email and customer-support providers; and hosting, storage, security, and application-monitoring providers.

We send each provider only the information reasonably needed for the requested feature. For example, a chart calculation may require birth date, time, location, and coordinates, while an AI response may include your prompt, relevant saved chart context, prior conversation context, or a file you attached. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments as well as our agreements with them.

OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train its models by default unless the API customer opts in. OpenAI may retain some API data for limited periods for abuse monitoring or as needed to provide stateful features. Narrative First has not opted in to share your API content for model training.

We disclose information to the service providers described above; when you direct us to share it; to professional advisers under confidentiality duties; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose your private readings, saved charts, or conversations to other Moving Stars users unless you deliberately use a sharing feature that clearly tells you what will be shared.

Account information, saved charts, conversations, generated content, and memories are generally kept while your account is active so the service can provide history and personalization. You can delete individual charts, conversations, and memories where those controls are available.

A launch-list email address is kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to remove it, or the launch-list purpose ends, subject to limited legal and security exceptions.

You can delete your account in account settings. Account deletion removes or de-identifies account-linked information from our active systems, subject to limited exceptions for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, billing records, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups and provider systems before expiring under their retention schedules. Deleting Moving Stars does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage that subscription through Apple.

Voice recordings uploaded for transcription are sent to the transcription provider for processing and are not intentionally retained by Narrative First after the request finishes. Transcribed text may be saved if it is submitted as part of a conversation.

You may review or update account and profile information, manage saved content, turn personalization features on or off where controls are provided, and delete your account through Moving Stars settings. App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple; eligible web subscriptions are managed through the web billing portal.

You can leave the launch list using the unsubscribe link in a launch email or by contacting us. Withdrawing from launch updates does not affect other service messages you request or an account you later create.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal our response. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to exercise.

To make a request, email support@narrativefirst.com from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits, but we may require proof of authority and identity.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted network connections, password hashing, and restricted service credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your account credentials.

Moving Stars is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it. Users who are under the age of legal majority where they live should use Moving Stars only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.

Narrative First and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Moving Stars changes. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after an update means the revised policy applies prospectively; it does not eliminate rights you already have.
